About the Position

Are you structured, service-oriented, and have an eye for detail? Do you master both German and English fluently? Then this could be the perfect role for you! We are now looking for a German-speaking order administrator for a company located in Sundsvall!

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Your Main Responsibilities

In the role of order administrator, you will have a central role in managing incoming orders and building good relationships with customers, primarily in Germany.

Your main tasks include:

  • Receiving and administering incoming orders.
  • Providing service and support to customers, mainly in Germany.
  • Answering customer inquiries and handling complaints.
  • Performing some invoicing tasks.

You will work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative work and who enjoys managing many points of contact.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good experience working in systems and preferably a technical interest.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

As a person, you are communicative, service-oriented, and skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are structured, flexible, and can remain calm even in stressful situations. Furthermore, you are a team player who values collaboration and good relationships, both with customers and colleagues.
